Saudi Group for Accounting & Auditing Co was established 34 years ago, in 1403 AH, corresponding to 1983 AD, as the first professional company to operate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the license No. 1 registered with the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA). Availingwhatis acquired by its founders through their work with major companies in the world such as Arthur Andersen 1979 – 1980, the company aims to keep pace with the qualitative leap witnessed by the Kingdom in that era and the rapid development in the field of business.

Thanks to the significant increase in oil revenues, Saudi Arabia has become one of the fastest growing economies in the world, resulting in commercial, urban, educational and even demographic activity, as well as the state's heavy spending on infrastructure and keyaspectsof the national economy so as to express our country's ambition to build a more prosperous country that is consistent with the prudent vision and leading power.
